What you’ll be doing: 🗓
We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales / Pre-Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the sales team by providing administrative and technical assistance during the pre-sales process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing proposals and media plans and ensuring smooth coordination between sales and other departments.
The focus of the role:
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, and technical teams) to ensure smooth communication and support for sales initiatives.
- Assist in contract management and documentation.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets and business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, pre-sales, or sales support roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to understand and present technical product information.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Interview process:
1st stage – 60 mins over Google Meet with the CRO, EMEA
2nd stage – 1 hour in-person at our Southwark office
3rd Stage – 30 minute call with Global CRO
Office time: FF are a hybrid working environment / employer. This function offers the flexibility to work remotely as well as from our office round the corner from Waterloo Railway and Southwark tube stations. The sales team is typically in the office 3 days a week.
Salary: e.g £35,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)
